Can I get a refund or exchange?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

What if my item is out of stock?

As a company we understand the importance of having items constantly in stock, so we are constantly updating our site and removing any items that are out of stock. However in the event an item is out of stock we will credit the amount towards shipping. If the amount for items out of stock is higher than the shipping cost, the money will be refunded right away. All refunds take 3-5 business days to process. This is a banking procedure there is nothing that Merch-A-Mart can do to expedite this process.

How long is shipping?

Orders will be shipped out in 2-3 business days. We still ask our clients to please try to put in their orders at their earliest convenience. The quickest way to get your products shipped is by placing an order through our website. Orders may be delayed in busy seasons such as Holidays or re-open days. We ask that you to take this into consideration. All shipping is done via UPS. Shipping is not free. It is calculated after your order is completed, so there will be a second charge on your banking statement which will be included in your final invoice.

My item got damaged during shipping.

All claims for damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 business days of the received shipment.

What if my order didn’t arrive?

If Fedex has already proved your delivery has arrived, then you must file a claim through Fedex. However, we will do whatever we can to assist in the claim process.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order, but if the order has already been packaged, there will be a re-stocking fee of 20% upon cancellation.

What is the pick-up policy?

Please note all pick-up orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us time to pull your order and have it ready when you arrive at the warehouse. If you plan on making a trip to our warehouse for a pick-up, please make sure you placed your order before arriving otherwise you may have wasted a trip.. We are open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. We accept cash or credit card, but keep in mind there is an extra 3% fee for using a credit card from the credit card company. We do not accept personal checks or commercial checks.
